15. Britta Gets The Switch

Britta wasn't the strongest character in the first season. She bounced between generic love interest to rebellious outsider seemingly at random, never really finding her voice until season 2 rolled around and she became one of the most well-rounded and consistently funny characters on the show.

Once they transferred the "UGH" sounds from the audience to the study group themselves is when Britta started to show her tremendous upside.

One of the few moments where Britta started to show signs of her potential was during "Basic Genealogy" when she met Troy's grandmother, a crotchety old bag that had a fondness for corporal punishment. In an attempt to teach Troy about respecting his elders, Britta collects a switch for Grandma so that she could punish her for calling her old. Naturally it all goes horribly wrong, and Britta learns the lesson that some old people are just horrible.

Key Quote: "I don't understand you Britta! I don't understand you at all!" - Troy Barnes
