20 Greatest TV Villains Ever

15. Newman - Seinfeld

Sometimes there are people in your life who you've hated for so long that you can't even remember what actually happened between the two of you to make the relationship deteriorate. And you don't really care, either. All you know is that the very sight of your nemesis is enough to make your stomach turn. That's what Newman is for Seinfeld. He's the perfect representation of that guy you just can't stand. Newman abuses his lofty position of power as a postal worker almost exclusively to make life difficult for Jerry and his friends, and he does it all with an irritatingly smug look on his face. We've all been there, though. Who hasn't had what feels like an eternal feud with some random person who they're forced to interact with interact with on a semi-regular basis through a mundane curse of the gods?
