11. Papa Troi Sings To Deanna From Dark Page (1993)

Bad enough to get yet another story involving the Trois, but this time we get one taking place inside a disturbed Lwaxana Troi's mind - and there are still no oiled-up men or bon bons. Odd, that. Instead, we get Deanna encountering her dead father, whose accent sounds nothing like hers despite previous allusions to the similarity. He reminds her that he used to sing to her - and then he sings to her. 'Down In The Valley'. For what seems like forever. Amazingly, there's no clip of this on YouTube, and it would be cruel of us to actually suggest you go and watch the episode yourself. Instead, we suggest doing what Troi does at that moment: saying "Goodbye, Daddy," turning around and leaving, and going on to have an entertaining conversation with the CGI skull of a wolf speaking with her mother's voice. Much more pleasant.
