In defence to Jermaine Clement, his success has come from an arguably more difficult route than most of the people on this list. As part of the New Zealand folk comedy duo Flight of the Conchords, it always seemed unlikely that Clement would become a television superstar in the USA, and then a Hollywood actor with a variety of big films under his belt. Given then how extraordinary his international success has been given his humble beginnings, it makes sense that he would take the opportunity to keep working whenever he can.
