The decision to cast Dinklage in the role of Bolivar Trask was an inspired choice. The creator of the mutant-destroying Sentinels could have easily devolved into a one-dimensional, moustache-twirling villain, but Dinklage went for something a little more nuanced. "I didnt want to play the villain," Dinklage said. " a man of science. Hes a man of invention. He actually sees what hes doing as a good thing definitely blind and hes quite arrogant. Hes strove all his life for a certain respect and attention.
