11. Gus's Fate Foreshadows Walt's Fate
The shot of Gus, on the ground, mouth open, looking devastated after the death of his partner, Max is one of the most powerful shots from the whole series.
The shot is actually replicated when Walt's life falls apart in "Ozymandias" after Hank's death. It is then replicated for a third time while Jesse watches the love of his life, Andrea being killed.
The shot has become a way of showing how a characters' life has been utterly destroyed, and all they can do is to lie emotionless and scream in pain.
