17. Knowing You Actually Run Like Phoebe
Every so often you need to take a break from your latest Friends marathon, actually get off the sofa, and go do some exercise (except on Sundays, obviously). Like the characters in Friends, a great way of doing this is by going for a run. You might like to think that your run is relatively normal, something more along the lines of Rachel, a fairly standard way of doing it (even if the breathing is a little heavy).
However, sometimes it can get a little boring, and you want to do something to make it more fun. That's when you run like Phoebe (it works best if there's no one around, to be honest). Looking like a cross between Kermit the Frog and the Six Million Dollar Man, pretending you're being chased by Satan (the neighbour's dog), and going so fast it feels like your legs are going to fall off, it may look weird, but it is definitely more entertaining.
