However he came by it, there was bound to be a little screwball in those inflections. His character bio, released in October last year, describes Fuzz as "THE MANIAC," after all!

Sure, Fuzz was dastardly, and a murderer — we might just have to get used to the company. He was also delightfully silly — we might just have to get used to the accent(s). He did elicit a few laughs, too — at the names of his hatchlings, which he began to list at a pointedly inappropriate time, for example.
