This helps everything flow more freely without the hassle of Roy and Moss trying to get the attention of Jen and to take her on a date. The only hint of relationships we get is when Jen unsucessfully attempts to get herself a date, which often ends up disasteriously. Or when Roy gets a girlfriend and that relationship lasts for all of one episode. Then there is the infamous episode when Jen decides to host a dinner party to impress her latest flame. There is also the fact that we all know all computer nerds have no interest in girls- unless of course they are Lara Croft.
