2. The Talent
Theres no denying it: the Community cast is really, really talented. Joel McHale is basically Americas mix of Russell Howard and Harry Hill in his role at The Soup. Alison Brie produced some of the biggest laughs of last years hit and miss The Five Year Engagement. Donald Glover lets his Childish Gambino personality shine through and allow him to be completely expressive and hilarious. And of course, Chevy Chase is a comedy legend. Ken Jeong is at his crazy best (not too over the top but outrageous nonetheless), Annie and Shirleys awwwws and recent competition are always perfectly timed and Gillian Jacobs pronunciation of bagel as Britta is just one example of her naïve but overconfident character. Overall, this is such a strong comedic cast with a massively broad range of comedic roots between them, so they cant (and dont) go far wrong.
