7. Questions Answered
Season 7s finale left us with a cliff hanger of Dean and Castiel stuck in purgatory after defeating the head leviathan. How did Dean and Castiel survive? A recent Season 8 promo has Dean back after a year in purgatory (Deans now been in heaven, hell and purgatory, quite the resume builder), claiming Castiel didn't make it. A lot of questions need to be answered about purgatory in general as it has been quite the focus for the past two seasons with regards to monsters. There are many other questions that may or may not be answered. Castiel is sure to be back in some form so what exactly happened and whether he is back to normal will be anticipated answers. Is Bobby Singer really gone for good? They burned the flask and saw him vanish. Is that really the last we see of the brothers long-time mentor or will he somehow find a way back in their lives. Crowley now has a lot more control with nobody really in his way. What are his plans and how will the Winchesters interfere with them? Hopefully all these questions are answered in some way or another.
