As much as we'd all like to believe that TV shows are filmed in the order we see them in, it's actually one big jumbled mess behind the scenes.

As mentioned, the final scene involving David Tennant was him falling through the air having just leapt from the Hesperus, ready to crash through the glass roof of Naismith's mansion.

On the clapperboard for this scene, the slate number – which changes every time there's a new setup – was 999, the phone number you call in the UK if you need a fire engine, a police car, or... a doctor.

Couldn't make it up, could you?
