One of the latest ways of creating Inhumans in the comics was a bomb that released Terrigen Mists, causing those with latent abilities to develop their powers. A casualty of that was Frank McGee, a long-serving NYPD officer. Afterwards he tried to continue a normal life and career, but eventually had to retire. With the fish oil capsules being spread around, something similar could certainly happen. Known by his nickname Nur, Frank's power is that he can produce an intense, blinding light from his eyes - which glow yellow - that he can control the level of, as well as the distance and width. He can also uses this to give a soothing effect on people. His comics arc sees him working as a security guard on the royal city of Attilan, but it's easy to imagine his powers fitting in with the world of the TV show, and he should be relatively easy to pull off on the small screen.
