4. Iron Man 2: Justin Hammer

The last time we saw Justin Hammer, at the end of Iron Man 2, he was being swept away from the Stark Expo by police officers and claiming he'd be back to get revenge on Pepper Potts for getting him arrested. Sam Rockwell, who played Hammer, has since said he wants to return as Hammer, and he's open to appearing in Agents of SHIELD. With Tony Stark seemingly retired and armoured suit-less after the events of Iron Man 3, he wouldn't be in much of a position if Hammer backed a mercenary to attack Tony and Pepper, as he often did in the comics. Having the Agents of SHIELD step in to stop Hammer would be a good plot, even if they couldn't get Robert Downey Jr or Gwyneth Paltrow to cameo.
