Agents Of SHIELD: 5 Ways To Do Crossover Episodes With Other MCU Heroes

1. The Defenders: Marvel TV Crossover

With Marvel set to introduce four new series to Netflix in just over a years' time, they have even more room for crossovers in their universe. Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones will each get their own 13 part series, followed by a mini series combining the four called The Defenders.

Just like how Samuel L Jackson's Nick Fury brought the Avengers together throughout the Phase 1 films, Agent Coulson could play a part in recruiting the four Hells Kitchen heroes to the SHIELD side. Imagine an episode of AoS were they called in Daredevil to help on a case, or even his lawyer alter-ego Matt Murdoch.

Introducing the heroes though AoS would be something that would generate more hype for both shows, which can only be a good thing. It would have to be handled correctly, as fans would be worried about the light tone of Agents of SHIELD ruining what should be a very dark, serious take on the Daredevil character.
