5. Imaging Himself As A Hero
When Dorian and Kennex first come to Rudy about leaving the lab in order to do some field work, he's hesitant but excited about the possibility of doing something a bit more... heroic. At one point he catches a reflection of himself, and imagines having a more chiseled chin wearing a tuxedo a la 007 (so, are we still getting Bond films 35 years from now?). It's at that moment that he agrees to put his life on the line, and tells Kennex that he already has ideas about his "alter ego," and makes sure he'll be able to wear a disguise. "Something sophisticated... European."
