AMC Renews THE WALKING DEAD For Third Season

Andrew Lincoln and co. will be fighting zombies for a very long time...

the announcement has come. The Walking Dead will get a third season. After all the drama surrounding the budget cuts and the creative differences that led to showrunner and regular writer/director Frank Darabont leaving the show over the summer, it's great to finally have a bunch of positive articles going up about this show. Personally, I've enjoyed both episodes we've seen of Season Two so far, though I do believe the extended premiere was much stronger paced and entertaining than last night's rather plodding and restricted episode. I guess with the season being stretched over more episodes this is going to be an inevitability that things are gonna both a little slower. What have you made of The Walking Dead so far? We've had some feedback to last night's episode that the budget cuts are proving noticeable now and some are concerned that starting next week when Frank Darabont's creative input starts to become less and less, so too the quality may tumble down. Make sure you read our reviews of episode 1 and 2 of the new season.
