From Ricky Martin to random homeless people and even to an alien that would later become Kim Kardashian, Roger has had his fair share of strange lovers. But an alien and a goldfish? That really takes the cake. Which is just as well, because we certainly don't have the appetite to eat it now.

Roger and Klaus both have a blind date arranged on the same night, and, in classic sitcom fashion, it inevitably ends up being with each other. Despite the initial annoyance, one thing leads to another and, before they know it, the pair become embroiled in a torrid love affair behind the Smith family's back.

If the writers' intention here was to give us a psychologically damaging 20-minute cringe-fest, then give those guys an Emmy because that's EXACTLY what they did. Almost every intimate scene is gruesomely detailed, and at some point during that you have to stop and think, "I'm actually watching a cartoon alien do it with a cartoon fish here. Where did my life go so wrong?"

To top it all off, the series then carries on afterward as if nothing ever happened. Is that better, or worse? You can be the judge of that one.
