Poor Elsa Mars. She had the dreams of being a star taken out from under her feet, sort of literally. Elsa was a big deal in Germany as people paid her a lot of money to let her humiliate and dominate them for their sexual satisfaction and pleasure. In an everything goes sex club, she was the highest paid dominatrix and her 'performances' became so popular that she had to make room for an audience.

Men came to her so that they could suffer at her hands, and she was loved for it. This was until she was drugged and had her legs amputated with a chainsaw for a German snuff film. Even though he was saved by the man that she loved, she wished that he had just let her die.
