3. The Return Of Papa Legba

When we learned that American Horror Story was going to be revisiting two of its best seasons, there were a lot of characters that we thought about seeing again. Papa Legba, however, wasn't on this list, which is what makes his shocking return all the more exciting. In spite of the fact that he's responsible for sending Fiona Goode, Delphine LaLaurie and Marie Laveau to the underworld, the heinous hell-dweller has a special place in our hearts, and Apocalypse wouldn't have been complete without a flying visit from him.

Legba is easily one of AHS' most recognisable creatures, and he was also an important part in creating the unforgettable Coven aesthetic. His brief re-appearance aids in recapturing the vibe of the witch-themed season.

Although Cordelia is unable to broker a deal with Legba during this episode, one can't help but speculate if the Supreme witch manages to win him over at a later point. Remember, when the apocalypse does arrive, Cordelia and her friends are safe and sound, and several of her witches are even integrated into the Outpost (though without their abilities), so there's evidence to suggest that an other-worldly spell does take place. Will Legba perhaps have something to do with this?
