American Horror Story: Apocalypse Premiere - 5 Ups & 1 Down From 'The End'

1. No Murder House Or Coven Characters

With the exception of Michael Langdon (the Anti-christ child who Constance kidnapped at the end of Murder House), who rocked up at the very end of the episode, none of the characters from Murder House or Coven made an appearance. Michael hardly counts given that he was just a baby last time we saw him.

Perhaps it's a little too early to get upset, but given that much of the promotion that went into Apocalypse centred around Murder House and Coven, it's a little disappointing that none of the characters featured. Having said that, the new characters are incredibly compelling, so perhaps Murphy and Falchuk thought it only fair that these newbies had the opportunity to shine on their own before re-introducing our favourites from past seasons.

We know that Coven's Cordelia Foxx, Myrtle Snow, Zoe Benson and Madison Montgomery will show up at some point, as will Murder House's Constance Langdon, Tate Langdon and The Harmon family, but none of them have appeared as of yet.
