The softball game ends up turning into a joke, with Gob (now under the impression that Sitwell doesn't care for his ideas and only hired him to win the softball game) deliberately playing terrible so the Bluth Company will win. He then receives a heart to heart talk from Sitwell, and changes his mind again, playing the best he can, until he runs into Ann, nicknamed 'The Wall' due to her ability of being unmoveable. In an attempt to fix the game, George Sr. has disguised himself as an umpire but when Michael and Gob discover that it's their father behind the mask, Michael refuses to cheat and gives the game to Sitwell. George Sr. tells Michael he's proud of him, before running off so not to be spotted.
