Oliver Queen is dead. Crime in Starling City is not. If Team Arrow comes to the realization that their leader is not coming back, will they just give up fighting crime? Not likely. This opens the door to some very interesting possibilities. The most likely scenario is that Roy will assume the reigns of Team Arrow and remain in his red costume. Another possibility is that Diggle will take over as the Arrow (he has filled in before to protect Oliver's identity) with Arsenal by his side. All of this, of course will take place after an episode or two of the team feeling lost and rudderless (the next episode is titled "Left Behind"). Fortunately for the fans, the three remaining members of the team will feel a strong sense of obligation to continue their fallen leader's mission. However they choose to fight crime, there is no doubt that Roy, Diggle, and Felecity will attempt to fight the crime of Starling City in their own way. Since the fifth episode of the second half of the season is titled "The Return", it is very likely that they will only have to fill Oliver's shoes for 4 or 5 episodes.
