The character Komodo has already appeared on the TV show, in last seasons Sara, where he was a mercenary and initially thought responsible for the death of Sara Lance. Despite that fact, there is plenty of scope for him to return, not least because he is one of the Green Arrows bigger foes. Stephen Lacroix was once a protege of Robert Queen, and the man responsible for his death before becoming fixated on destroying Oliver. Hes a skilled archer, one capable of matching Green Arrow in combat. Given his backstory and the fact we havent seen him die, it would seem strange if he wasnt used again in the show, and even if they didnt tie his past into Olivers he would still prove an interesting adversary, especially as weve seen he doesnt kill those he isnt paid to. Which would mean hed probably be working for an ever bigger bad-guy.
