6. And Itll Be John Diggle
For three seasons viewers have known John Diggle as the softly-spoken, hard-hitting bodyguard-cum-teammate of Oliver and the Arrow. Some, however, are convinced there is a lot more to him than that. Fans have noted a fair few similarities between Diggle and the John Stewart version of Green Lantern; aside from the fact both are black, the more pertinent details lie in their personalities and, in particular, their military backgrounds. David Ramsey, who plays Diggle, has admitted that discussions at the top have taken place about it, and there could be a chance to work it in with the show heading to Coast City. Could John Diggle really be John Stewart Diggle? Its unlikely at this stage, especially as its been denied by the creator Marc Guggenheim (not that he has to be telling the truth mind), although we do know hes probably going to be putting on a mask next season
