Arrow: 5 Reasons Why Felicity Is Not Going To Die

2. Oliver Queen's Lady Love

Felicity may be the necessary member of Team Arrow, but Oliver is the star of the show. It€™s his story that has been explored in past and present. It€™s his development and relationships that really matter, and no relationship has been more instrumental to his development into the Green Arrow than that with his lady love Felicity. It€™s impossible to imagine Oliver sincerely proposing to anybody prior to Felicity, and it€™s impossible to imagine that he€™d be able to believably move on before the series comes to an end if she died. The show is pretty certain to last through fifth and sixth seasons, but Stephen Amell may not want to stick around on The CW forever. If Oliver is going to continue his upswing, Felicity needs to be alive. Arrow is about Oliver, and Oliver needs Felicity. Olicity has passed the narrative point of no return in Season 4.
