Arrow Season 4: 10 Huge Things Learned From San Diego Comic-Con
The Arrow finally goes Green.

For rabid fans of all things fictional on screens large and small, the spoilerific annual San Diego Comic-Con is a huge high point of the summer.
And for rabid fans of The CW’s flagship superhero series Arrow, Comic-Con 2015 was a downright treasure trove of fun new factoids to discuss to death before the premiere of the fourth season in the fall.
After Arrow closed out its third season on a surprisingly final note and producers announced that it would feel like an entirely new show come October, many fans have been understandably nervous about the future of archer extraordinaire Oliver Queen and his mission to save Starling City. Although this year’s con occurred before any shooting for the fourth season could commence and therefore deprived ravenous fans of any new footage to whet their appetites, there was a steady flow of tantalizing tidbits to paint a vivid picture of the future of the show even without visuals.
From the actors behind the show’s power couple going out of the way to use “sex” and “domestic” as frequently as possible in interviews to producers name-dropping new comic figures to thunderous applause at the massive DC panel, there’s plenty of new material to sort through.
So, in honor of the high points in the deluge of new information, here are 10 of the biggest and boldest new things that we learned about Season 4 of Arrow.
10. Not-So-Homeward Bound

When last seen in Season 3, Oliver Queen was driving off into the sunset with lady love Felicity Smoak. With most of the major loose strings of the series tied up and the usually dour hero proclaiming himself happy as he headed off indefinitely into the unknown, the season finale felt like a series finale.
Since it was only a season finale, however, fans could be sure that “indefinitely” would be coming to an end at some point in October. The question that remained was of how exactly Oliver could stretch his road trip with Felicity into a five-month honeymoon tour.
As we learned from Comic-Con, he didn’t. Instead of traversing the roadways for five months, Oliver and Felicity settled into a place that is not Starling City. No details as to the exact location were given, but it at least answers the question of how they were eating and doing laundry like adults for nearly half of a year.
