Arrow Season 4: 10 Questions We're Asking After Restoration
7. How Long Before Curtis Becomes Mr Terrific?
We're only three episodes in, and he's only been in two of them, but Echo Kellum is already proving himself to be a fantastic addition to the Arrow cast this year. There's still plenty more to learn about him, but so far he's a fun, smart character, and has quickly developed an excellent (and awkward) rapport with Felicity, er, Miss Smoak. He's also a bit useless in this episode. When Palmer Tech comes under attack from Double Down, it's up to Felicity to lead them to safety (or what's supposed to be safety - bonus question: how did he get down there? Is there really just an open staircase?). Yes, Felicity always has been a badass, and it's great she's getting to prove it here - especially when blindly firing the gun - but Curtis Holt is going to need a bit more to him if he's gonna survive hanging out with her. He's going to become Mr Terrific at some point - he pointedly talks about wanting to help the city, and there's an early sign of some T-Spheres - but when will that be, and how exactly is the transformation going to happen?
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
