Arrow Season 4: 12 Questions We're Asking After 'Haunted'
7. Does Alex Have A Secret?
Every campaign needs a manager, and despite Oliver's initial reluctance he's got one in the form of Alex Davis, brought in by Thea to oversee his bid to be Mayor of Star City. While he has no opposition, he still needs to get a healthy portion of the vote in order to actually be able to make a difference, and Thea believes Alex is the man to help him achieve that goal. He doesn't particularly do anything wrong in this episode, save for the understandable advice about Oliver distancing himself from Laurel (which is ultimately rejected anyway), and yet there's that nagging feeling that something is 'off' about him. This is Arrow, after all. While it's been reported that he'll also be a love interest for Thea, I can't help but feel there has to be more to him. Some sort of secret he's hiding, or a bigger part to play in things than just being a campaign manager. Just me?
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
