Arrow Season 4: 12 Questions We're Asking After 'Legends Of Yesterday'

9. Where Was Ray?

In a crossover as full as this one, it€™s understandable that some characters are pushed to the side. It happened with Iris in the first instalment and it happened here with Ray, among others. And even though Ray is not in the main cast, the conflict seemed like it ought to have merited his inclusion. His absence wasn€™t even the most notable one of the episode, Quentin Lance wasn€™t around at all either, but considering Ray's abilities, it is the most questionable omission. Lance wouldn€™t have really added anything to the fight, but with his shrinkable suit among other things, Ray would have proved an extremely valuable asset in the fight against Savage. What€™s worse is that it€™s not even explained what he€™s up to. At least Sara is said to be with her mom, no one even seems to question why one of their super-allies doesn€™t want to help out in potentially their biggest fight ever.
