3. Has Green Arrow's Pass Now Expired?
A few episodes ago Damien Darhk gave the Green Arrow a pass for a few weeks, in return for saving the lives of his wife and daughter. It has now been a few weeks though, and the end of this episode sets it up for Darhk to at least get back to his rivalry with Oliver, if not the Green Arrow (he apparently still hasn't connected those two dots). With the clock running out on the pass, and the show past the halfway point of the season, are we ready to get back into some proper Green Arrow vs Big Bad action? If so, just how is that going to go down? Can Oliver figure out any sort of way of stopping him?
