Arrow Season 4: 19 WTF Moments From 'Blood Debts'

Anarky gets an upgrade, we find out Felicity's immediate fate, and somebody gets ruled out of being in the grave.

Arrow is back and it successfully picked up from exactly where it left off. When the mid-season finale came to a close last year, the big cliffhanger was the health of Felicity Smoak. After Damien Darhk€™s lackeys filled her full of bullets, the first half of Season 4 ended with her life hanging in the balance. Could the show possibly kill her off? Well, no. With Blood Debts, we got an immediate answer on Felicity€™s fate, whilst Anarky resurfaces to get some semblance of revenge on Darhk following the souring of their working relationship earlier in the season. Elsewhere, we got some advancement of the relationship between the Diggle brothers, John and Andy, while the majority of the episode centred on the troubles surrounding Felicity as those close to her struggle with what has happened to her, although Oliver Queen is largely absent from her bedside as he instead decides to patrol the streets of Star City to beat information out of Damien Darhk€™s Ghosts. Blood Debts proved to be a largely successful and well executed return for The CW€™s Emerald Archer-centric show, and the outing was full of plenty of surprising, impactful or slightly random WTF moments. So with that said, let€™s take a look at the best of those particular happenings.

19. Enough Of The Tease!

The very first episode of Season 4 ended with a 6-month flash-forward, showing a mourning Oliver Queen at an unknown gravesite. It was a massively shocking way to conclude this season€™s premiere, and it has had fans speculating on just who will be biting the bullet. Now labelled as 4 months in the future, Blood Debts opened with the same scene of Oliver stood over a mystery grave whilst Barry Allen gave him some heartfelt words of condolence. Sure, it makes sense to drag this mystery out a little longer, but there€™s part of me that was screaming at the TV and shouting €œWTF! Just tell us who it is already!€ Of course, one candidate for the grave would be ruled out by the time Blood Debts came to a close.
