3. The Team Divided
The team is going to be a bit broken up right at the very start of the season, as Oliver and Felicity will be off being loved-up, with Diggle, Thea, and Laurel left behind in Star City (another change for S4) to do all of the hard work themselves (although Oliver has surely earned a break by now).
They'll be returning pretty swiftly though, as the show will be picking up a few months after season 3 ended, but there's still going to be tensions in the team. Most pertinently, that will be between Oliver and Diggle.
Their brother-like bond was broken last year, when Oliver kidnapped Lyla and left baby Sara alone, and it's going to take a lot to repair that damage. You'd imagine that eventually they will manage to sort their differences out, but it's going to be strange seeing the two of them having to work together, while not on good terms, adding a whole other dynamic to Team Arrow.
