While Felicity has had her ups and downs on the show, and there's a section of fans who would want to see her go, it'd be a huge shocker if that actually happened.

Felicity is the biggest character on the show after Oliver (something many would say is the problem), and still a favourite amongst a lot of people. What's more she fills various important roles in Oliver's life: she's a source of strength for him, a former/probably future love interest, and an important part of Team Arrow without being another costumed vigilante like everyone else.

Season 5 gave her an improved story on recent years, with the character regaining a sense of what made her so popular, and that will hopefully continue into Season 6, while the writers are almost certainly going to further revisit Olicity.
