11. Samantha And William Clayton

Although it had seemed like they were living in safety, Adrian Chase showed just how far his reach extends, and the lengths he'll go to in order to take Oliver down, by finding and kidnapping his son, William.

Both William and his mother, Samantha, are going to be in the finale, with Chase once again making threats on the life of Oliver's son. Quite whether he'll go through with them, though, is another matter.

It's tough to see the show killing William off, though Samantha would be more at risk. However, that'd result in a situation where Oliver would have to have a child, an idea that show has flirted with before, but it still doesn't seem to make too much sense right now. That means either both will live or both will die - Chase is certainly capable of it, and it'd remove this storyline from the table for good. But while it's hard to see them making Oliver a lone parent, it's also difficult to see them fully dropping that storyline after bringing it back, so I'd lean towards both of them surviving.
