6. The Opening Scene

'Lost Canary' wasted absolutely no time throwing us into the storyline as Black Siren tracked down her former associate Shadow Thief, disposing of her henchmen in the process. She did so, however, in a single shot.

With both incredibly well-executed fight choreography and some clever camerawork, both Katie Cassidy and her stunt double were able to slide in and out of the shot as Laurel kicked, broke, punched and Screamed her way through each and every obstacle she came across.

When it comes to fight-scenes, Arrow has quite literally done it all. As a result, it is often easy to overlook anything impressive because, at this stage, we're just so used to the action. This, however, is a shining example of how little changes can make all the difference.
