10. It's Respectful Of Oliver Queen's Legacy

Laurel Lance had to make a comment about how there hadn't been any crime in Star City in over 20 years simply because everyone there wore that fact like a badge of honour. And that in itself is an example of just how much of an impact Oliver Queen's decade of heroism made.

The writing here was both subtle and incredibly self-aware as Mia reminding everyone about how Oliver saved the city (and the multiverse) was also the show's way of appreciating all that Arrow had accomplished, and how it ultimately paved the way for the shows that will follow in its footsteps. Very classy, indeed.
