Arrow Series Finale Review: 12 Ups & 4 Downs From 'Fadeout'

What better time than a series finale to remind viewers that every ending paves the way for a new beginning? Sure, we might not feel like that when bidding farewell to Arrow, but the fact of the matter is that 'Fadeout' was partially a successful launching pad for potential spin-off series Green Arrow and The Canaries.

Laurel's acceptance of who she is in this new timeline, Dinah's desire for a fresh start and Mia's attempts to carry on her father's legacy all played into last week's backdoor pilot episode - and will undoubtedly factor into the show if it gets picked up by The CW - so it was nice to see the writers weave a few subtle references into the Arrow finale while temporarily placing the spotlight on Mia's Emerald Archer.

Here's hoping we have more of that trio to look forward to in the future...
