It shows Diggle meeting up once more with the Suicide Squad, and we get a bit more of a character who was teased the first time around: Harley Quinn. Digg goes to unlock the door to her cell, before Deadshot adamantly tells him not to. Then we get a shot of her from the back, begging them to let her out because she "want to play" and, in what his both a fantastic nickname and a throwback to the character in the comics, she calls Diggle "Chocolate Puddin'." There's no real consequence of this scene not being included, but it is a shame it wasn't. The producers ultimately couldn't use Harley Quinn because of the Suicide Squad movie, and we don't even get to see her face, but it would've been great fun to have her actually appear on the show properly, and scenes between her and Diggle would've undoubtedly been entertaining. If Diggle is still searching for a codename to use this year on Arrow, I heartily endorse Chocolate Puddin'. Which deleted scenes do you wish they'd kept in the show?
