He's been called many names throughout his eight-year stint as Star City's saviour. Arrow, Emerald Archer, Green Arrow and even Mayor Queen; Oliver Queen stopped at nothing to keep his loved ones and his city safe from the crime that had been festering in it years before he was willing to do anything about it. In the process, he started a movement and built a whole freakin' universe.
It's well-documented now that the superhero TV landscape would look very different had it not been for the success of Arrow back in 2012. Without it, we certainly wouldn't have had the Arrowverse and we may not even have had the superhero renaissance that we're still enjoying today.
One man's quest for justice changed the world (and, thanks to Crisis On Infinite Earths, the universe) and it's hard to imagine where The Flash, Supergirl, the Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman, Superman & Lois, Black Lightning, Stargirl, the future and the Canaries would be without the impact Oliver had on Earth-1/Earth-Prime.
