Arrowverse Crossover: Everything You Need To Know About Elseworlds
4. Batwoman Will Make Her Arrowverse Debut
Long before anyone knew much about this year's crossover, we knew that a certain DC stalwart was going to play a major role in it. That character was, of course, Batwoman.
The Green Arrow himself, Stephen Amell, made the announcement at the The CW's upfronts, confirming that Kate Kane would be making her live-action debut in the annual TV event as it will be taking place in Gotham City. Shortly afterwards, it was revealed that Ruby Rose had been cast as the character.
All of the Arrowverse shows have made subtle connections to Batman in the past, with Arrow finally acknowledging the existence of both Gotham City and Bruce Wayne last season. While it's unknown if Earth-1's Gotham will be involved, we do know that we should all get used to seeing Ruby Rose on our screens as Elseworlds is going to help set up a Batwoman TV series that is planned to debut on The CW in fall 2019.
