Arrowverse: The 'Big Bads' Of Every Season - Ranked

By the end of Arrow season 5, Prometheus could end up nearer the bottom of this list than the top, but based on his appearances so far, he is everything we wanted to happen to Arrow.

While Prometheus' identity is still unknown, we are promised over and over that it's someone from Ollie's past, and with the lazarus pit existing previously and the introducing of Flashpoint, he could quite literally turn out to be anyone who's ever been in the show.

But identity aside, Prometheus represents Arrow coming full circle. In the recent mid-season finale, we saw from his perspective as season 1 Oliver straight up murdered a bunch of dudes, and his taunts of 'everything you touch... dies' are making a whole lot of sense right now.

Tommy Merlyn, Shado and Susan Williams are looking the most likely candidates at this point, but it almost doesn't matter who's under the mask; Prometheus is a good old-fashioned, non-superpowered big bad, who's taking Arrow back to where it's supposed to be.
