Attack on Titan has never been the type of show that's afraid of killing off important characters regardless of where they are in the season. This has caused a sense of dread among fans early on as it was clear that most characters on the show could meet their demise in a grisly fashion at any point.
Clearly, they're going to keep Eren around as he really is the main character of the show, but everyone else has the potential to have their heads placed firmly on the chopping block. With the Beast, Ape and Colossus Titan all waiting for the majority of the Survey Corps at the Shinganshina District, it's highly unlikely that everyone is going to come out alive.
