Attack On Titan: The 8 Most Disturbing Moments (so Far)

What is worse than a Titan? Well how about a gargantuan monkey Titan who can control other Titans and talk fluent English/Japanese? Yet the so-called 'Beast Titan' was still a Titan, so expect nothing nice! And take pause to remember poor old Mike, who suffered Beast's wrath before anyone else in the show's history, not to mention his poor horse.

With his meditative and articulate nature, Beast Titan almost had audiences fooled into thinking he was one of the good guys. That was until he confiscated the soldier's maneuver gear and set a ravenous gang of Titans upon him.

Mike's devouring is easily the most upsetting scene in the show's history. Audiences watched him go from an upstanding member of the Survey Corps to a helpless victim who cried real visible tears whilst being torn limb from limb.

Just plain horrid.

An extra shout out goes to the newly unveiled end credits following this scene, a juxtapose of dreamy Japanese pop and tapestry visuals of ancient nightmares within the wall. All in all, it was a recipe for a mentally-scarred viewer.
