As the title of a Friends episode would say, The one where Jimmy finds out everything.

For nearly two seasons Howard Hamlin had been painted as the bad guy whose treatment of Jimmy was totally unfair and would be a major factor in pushing Jimmy towards being Saul, but then it turned out that it was Chuck. It always had been Chuck, keeping Jimmy from being a part of HHM, keeping Jimmy down this whole time.

So, when Jimmy eventually relents in his objections to handing over the Sandpiper case to HHM in exchange for a large fortune when it settles, he leaves his big brother behind and has no intention of seeing him again.

On the other side of the game, Mike takes a job escorting a low-level drug thief to meet with people that will sell his product. Not only do we get a quasi Mike vs. Trevor from GTA V, we also establish Mike and Nacho's relationship for the first time.

Looking back now, this episode just gets better because of what it represents going forward. The Sandpiper money will have a massive part of season 6, and Mike's own relationship with Nacho will come to an end one way or another too. Not only was Pimento a sign of what was to come, it was also captivating in its own moment.
