1. Still Hanging From The Cliff-edge

Better Call Saul is a show that moves at a glacial pace at times. It's to the show's advantage as well; it lingers on shots where other shows would quickly move on, and gives all of its scenes time to breathe, having only one where most shows would have at least two.

This allows for a rich exploration of character, but in this episode it does also end up a little bit frustrating. After the Season 2 finale ended on two major cliffhangers, it's a little underwhelming that neither of them have any kind of resolution here. Chuck admits that his recording of Jimmy is essentially useless, but has some mysterious plan for it anyway, while Mike falls further down a rabbit hole in chasing the person who left the note.

It's a minor issue, because what we see on screen plays out so well, and you know there will eventually be payoff, but after a year away it is a source of frustration.
