Episode: The Romance Resonance In a fairly recent episode, Sheldon's ground-breaking new discovery caused his ego to sky-rocket. Promising to be humble after his work was glorified in China, but of course, being Sheldon, chanting about his greatness and even stealing Leonard's cookie (who needs enemies?), he was devastated after he double checked his maths and the biggest accomplishment of his life turned out to be nothing more than a mere fluke.
