2. Linda
Linda is the second role within this list that you might not have known is voiced by a man. John Roberts' performance as Linda is incredibly believable, and her bubbly, yet goofy personality makes her one of the most likeable mums in Cartoon TV.
Linda does not have as quickly defined a personality as the children of the show. Still, she is one of the funniest, as her line delivery is always given with impeccable enthusiasm and well-thought timing. Additionally, she is always a central part of the plot, even in the episodes where she is less visible, and thus is always important.
However, one of the primary reasons that she ranks so high is the fact that - as previously stated - she is simply likeable. Linda is always a welcome presence on the screen, as she brings positive energy, even if she is acting bitter.
She is an incredibly fun, and essential, puzzle piece in the running of this show.
