David Sandberg's Kickstarter sensation is "an homage and a love letter to the 80s" which is fancy language for a short film featuring arcade-robots, a DeLorean, nazis, vikings, dinosaurs and a kung fu cop. Obviously. How can anyone string these altogether in one half-hour story? You'll be surprised. Kung Fury has its own killer soundtrack featuring David Hasselhoff (now known as David Hoff) with his song True Survivor.
