12. Gus' Death

GusdeathAs Seen In: Season 4 Episode 13: "Face Off" The conflict between Gus and Walt comes to a head in the season four finale. After failing to kill Gus with a car bomb, Walt turns to Tuco's uncle Hector, a long time enemy from Gus' past, for help. They stage it to look like Hector has become an informant for the DEA, which prompts a visit from Gus. Walt has equipped the car bomb to Hector's wheelchair, which Hector detonates. Gus walks out of the room, and appears to be unscathed, until the camera pans around to reveal the now-iconic shot of Gus adjusting his tie, with half of his face and scalp ripped completely off. He then collapses and dies as nurses rush to his aid.
